Chocolate Chip Vanilla Gelato, with Cherry Sauce

Ingredients: milk, skim milk powder, cream, brown sugar, chocolate chips, stabilizer, vanilla, cherry sauce, cinnamon

For this batch, we used cherries from J&B Dick Orchards (Lawrence, Michigan) to make the cherry sauce.
