Rollin’ Gelato is built on taking bold and vibrant balanced gelato to the crowds. The name of the company eludes to this — “Rollin'” Gelato. We accomplish taking the gelato to the customers by going to farmers markets and events via a booth, via a food truck, and via delivery.
The first Rollin’ Gelato truck is in Kalamazoo — a 1976 VW Bus, camper style (a Westfalia). #rollinforward
Assuming people like our BOLD and VIBRANT gelato, we look to create other means of taking gelato to customers. In the form of RG food trucks, the spectrum of RG trucks look like the following (notice the vintage theme)
- Citroen (semi-big food truck)
- VW Bus (mid-size food truck) <– the current RG trucks
- Piaggio Ape (small food truck)
- Cart
