We make our gelato (and sorbets) always from scratch. We develop our flavors based upon taste, local ingredients, texture and presentation. We work to make our flavors BOLD and VIBRANT, yet BALANCED [ learn more about the flavor development guidelines we follow ].
When developping a flavor, we are often telling a story, an inspiration of some sort. There are times when we are fulfilling a request, a suggestion from a friend or a customer. Other times it is that sensorial perception of a location or of an ingredient that prompts an idea thus a flavor. It is a bit artistic in some ways.

We carry three (3) staple flavors year-round. We offer as well an additional (4) flavors that will vary pending on seasonal/locally-sourced ingredients at any given time. You can buy our products from stores, at farmers’ markets, from our food truck, and online (delivered for free).
Our staple flavors that are offered year-round are:
- Dark Chocolate Gelato (year-round flavor)
- Lemon Gelato with fresh lemons (year-round flavor)
- Pistachio Gelato with orange zest (year-round flavor)

We love creating new flavors, working with local suppliers, and being challenged when developing new flavors. If you have a flavor you would like to see in one of our markets (Austin or Kalamazoo), please suggest away.
