Goals
- Develop gelato flavors that make customers’ taste buds tingle
- Build relationships with local producers to use local ingredients in our gelato
- Build relationships with our customers; understand them, untap their taste buds, and deliver to them valuable gelato
- Build a team of happy Rollin’ Gelato employees who love to strive to achieve the company’s vision
- Generate enough revenue to cover our costs, and continue operating each day (financial sustainability for the organization)
