Description
This flavor was created during the summer of 2017, as part of an event with Michigan Tech event. It is a honey gelato, with a chocolate layer.
Our batches use raw honey from local growers (Marianne Bonamego in Lawrence, Michigan or Brookside Farms in Paw Paw, Michigan).
Ingredients: raw honey, milk, skim milk powder, cream, corn syrup, stabilizer, semi-sweet chocolate, orange juice, cinnamon
