It is 11:00 pm, last cup of gelato is filled and ready to go for the first day of the season for Rollin’ Gelato at Kalamazoo Farmers Market and Texas Township farmers market.
We are excited to share with you that this year we are bringing our 1976 VW bus to the Kalamazoo Farmers market . So come find us parked along with the other trucks and join the begining of our season. We are starting easy and bringing our staples/favorites of our customers (Dark chocolate, Pistachio with orange zest, Lemon, Blue berry Sorbet, Coffee-Bourbon, and Vanilla with in-house berry sauce. Going forward, we will have ready a seventh flavor. Today on my way to the kitchen where I prepare my gelato, I saw the sign of Verhage farm with Rhubard for sale, so, the wheels of my mind are turning and expect soon Rhubard/strawberry sorbet.
