K College Squasher Gelato

Description

This flavor was created for a K College event and to represent the college in a gelato.  It is typically served with a ginger cookie.  Served with a ginger cookie, the colors of the gelato and the cookie are intended to represent the colors of the college.

Ingredients: butternut squash, milk, cream, skim milk powder, sweet condensed milk, brown sugar, beet sugar, stabilizer, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon

This batch uses butternut squash from Wiley Farms in Vicksburg, Michigan.
