Based upon our lemon gelato, we add fresh, whole blueberries and herbal tea to provide a refreshing flavor with a silky (creamy) texture.
The blueberries for the current batch of lemon-blueberry gelato comes from the Leduc Blueberries Farm and Brookside Farms.
Ingredients: blueberry, lemon, herbal tea, egg yolk, milk, skim milk powder, cream, dextrose, beet sugar, stabilizer, cinnamon

The Lemon Blueberry is my favorite. The lemon is a soft, smooth flavor, (not bitter, pucker face lemon) which is highlighted by the blueberry. The texture is as smooth as the flavor. Well done Rollin’Gelato!
