Coffee to the rescue, with affogato

This Wednesday at WMU farmers’ market we are going to try something new….with Coffee Rescue — a coffee food truck operated by Jamie Brock.

At the WMU farmers’ market, we are side by side in booths with Coffee Rescue.  We won’t have our respective trucks at the market, however, will be in booths serving coffee and gelato side-by-side.  Along with talks in friends in Austin (where we are building out our 2nd market), we came up with an idea to test a version of an affogato product, where you pour coffee over gelato to make a coffee gelato float.
